If you have lost or damaged your library card please contact the library as soon as possible (541-889-6371). The Library is not responsible for items checked out on stolen/lost cards. To replace the card please bring current photo ID and replacement fee to the library.
Ontario Library District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
