Borrowing Policy

You can check out up to 6 items at a time from Library2Go. You can choose the length of checkout for items from Library2Go. Audios books and eBooks check out for 7,14, or 21 days; videos for 3, 7, or 14 days. The downloaded files expire and are unplayable / unreadable after that time. Expired files may require manual deletion.   A title can be checked out again if there are no holds on the title.  You will be notified by email when a copy you have placed on hold is available. You have 2 days to login and check it out. After that time it will pass to the next patron who has placed it on hold.

Note: Your check outs and holds at Library2Go do not count towards the items you check out at your local library. Also ‘Always Available’ titles do not count against Library2Go or local library checkouts.
